経験豊富なプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。
クライアントと社内チームの連携を図ることで、ビジネスの成長を推進する重要な役割を担って いただきます。
責任
- プロジェクトのエンドツーエンドの提供を確実なものにするよう、チームをリードする。
- プロジェクト計画を効率的に実行し、リソースと人員を効果的にまとめるよう、調整す る。
- プロジェクトポートフォリオマネジメント（PPM）システムの管理。
- クライアントと社内チームとの強く、深く、安定したコミュニケーションとコラボレー ションを促進する。
- 開発チームと連携をとり、スプリントとリリースサイクルのスケジュールを立てる。
- 必要条件や変更点、更新点を集め、これらの情報をまとめた文書を作成する。
- クライアント承認に繋げるため、プロジェクトのコストを見積もり、提案する。
- プロジェクト始動を主導的に進め、スクラム開発のフレームワークを実施する。
- ベンダーとのコミュニケーション、課題、予算報告の管理。
資格
- ECシステム、CMS、または類似の領域における5年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経 験。
- アジャイル開発手法に精通していること。
望ましいスキル
- グローバルな環境での仕事経験。
- ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語。
- プロジェクトマネジメント、クリティカルシンキング、リーダーシップのスキルに優れてい ること。

About the Role
Looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by bridging the gap between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project team to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
- Efficiently execute project plans, coordinating resources and personnel effectively.
- Maintain and manage the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system.
- Foster robust communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the development team to schedule sprints and release cycles.
- Collect requirements, changes, and updates and generate knowledge articles.
- Estimate project costs and propose them for client approval.
- Host Project Kickoffs and conduct regular Scrum Rituals.
- Manage vendor communications, assignments, and budget reporting.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in EC systems, CMS, or similar domains.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Proficient in project management, critical thinking, and leadership abilities
